Context
A medical appointments platform for patients and clinics, available on both web and native iOS. The challenge: deliver a consistent, reliable experience across two very different platforms, where a scheduling failure directly affects a patient’s care.
My role
Owned end-to-end quality and contributed hands-on to building the critical scheduling and appointment-management flows.
Approach
- Designed a test strategy centered on the critical user flows.
- Validated cross-platform behavior (web ↔ iOS) to prevent divergence between platforms.
- Used Claude and Codex as AI copilots to accelerate implementation and test creation, always reviewing and validating the results.
Impact
- Stable, predictable scheduling flows across both platforms.
- Lower regression risk thanks to systematic pre-release validation.
